New Audley Travel training aims to equip emerging agents with skills and insight into the luxury travel sector.

The eight-week Future Faces of Luxury Travel programme has been created by trade sales manager Sarah Turner to support rising talent in the travel industry.

The scheme was crafted after receiving consistent feedback from owners and managers at partner agencies who called for additional training, with a particular focus on sales excellence in the luxury sector.

The first cohort will begin their studies in March 2026, with the course running online for eight weeks and the final session in person in London.

Recruitment is now open to travel agents of any age with one to three years’ experience in luxury travel.

The closing date for entries is November 30 and successful applicants will be notified in mid-December.

Turner said: “We have long believed the future of luxury travel lies in personal meaning, ethical impact, and human connection.

“This programme is about more than product knowledge, it’s about shaping confident, curious professionals who understand the nuance of the luxury customer and the responsibility that comes with crafting extraordinary tailor-made journeys.

“Participants will explore topics ranging from brand storytelling, sales skills and customer profiling to sustainability in luxury travel, with a focus on real-world application and creative thinking.

“The programme reflects Audley’s commitment to nurturing talent and raising the bar for excellence across the tailor-made travel industry.”
